Wai Wai World 2: SOS!! Parsley Jō ROM – NES
Wai Wai World 2: SOS!! Parsley Jō “(わいわいワールド2 その呼び声が身近に” manifesting says Konami in Famicom for 1991). Wai Wai World 2 is a direct follow-up to the first Wai Wai World game and includes characters from different Konami games, including Simon from the Castlevania series, Goemon from the Ganbare Goemon series, and Vic Viper from the Gradius series. The untold story of the events unfolds when Princess Herb, daughter of Dr. Cinnamon, is kidnapped by the nefarious Warlord Watata and taken to the vile Parsley Castle.
To save this princess, players are required to collect her by going through six stages, each of which is inspired by one of Konami’s most famous games. This game is a platformer with action parts, and it is possible to control two heroes with different skills. I personally have lots of fun with the fast-paced levels and numerous references to other Konami games; hence, Wai Wai World 2 is a real journey through the history of video games.
