Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a misidentification or a mistake, you may file a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. The counter-notification must include:

  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may reinstate the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

ROMsDroid.org reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, as required by the DMCA.
