Castlevania ROM – NES Game
Castlevania was first launched in 1986 for the NES platform and is a gothic-styled action game, which established the base for the Castlevania series. The game’s protagonist is also a descendant of the Belmont clan, Simon Belmont, equipped with a powerful weapon that is called the vampire killer whip. His goal is to fight and kill Dracula, and for this he is to go to the dread-filled castle corridors. Once again, the lord of the undead is back from the grave, and this time he is causing a lot of havoc. For the purpose of stopping him, Simon has to go through six dangerous levels full of nightmares like zombies, bats, Medusa heads, and the last one, reaper.
Each stage has very well developed problems where the platforming is confined and harsh and enemies do not let go of the hero at any point in time where the stage ends with a boss. It is one of the toughest games that have ever been developed, let alone played, with the emphasis on the general timing and strategies used to negotiate the various tricky levels. Some of the sub-weapons that Simon acquires include daggers, holy water, and axes, which are hidden in candles and have limited deployment, thus making resource management challenging.
Emulator
In order to enjoy Castlevania on your current device, you will have to use the well-known NES emulator. A couple of popular emulators that are capable of delivering the NES experience accurately are Nestopia, FCEUX, and Mesen. Such programs provide options such as save states for situations when you need to pause the game and continue it later, although it may be especially helpful for this game, non-reprogrammable controls, and graphical options.
